Pittsburgh Knee rule

– Blunt trauma or fall plus any of:
• Age < 12 or > 50 years
• Inability to walk four weight-bearing steps in the ED
• Validated with similar sensitivity to Ottawa Knee Rule, improved specificity in some cohorts
